Observation

1) Provider's emergency preparedness plan did not address what provider would do if the provider had an emergency and children were to be left unsupervised or what provider must do if parents are not able to get to their children for up to three days 2) Provider's emergency preparedness plan did not address methods used for sounding alarm and calling 911 or how the provider will evacuate children, especially those who cannot walk independently.
